If you’re having trouble logging in, it might be due to a couple of things:

1. Check Your Password:

  • You can also test your password in a plain text editor (like Notepad or a Word document) first. This way, you can make sure there are no typos before copying it into the password field.
  • Double-check that your Caps Lock or Num Lock isn’t on, as this can affect your entry.

2. Verify Your Email Address:

  • Are you sure you’re using the right email? If you think your account might be tied to another email, try those too.
  • If you’re using an email that’s shared with someone else (not recommended), keep in mind that another user may have changed the account’s details.
  • New accounts may work at first because you’re automatically logged in. Later, you may find that you can’t log in because there was a typo in the email address when you signed up. Ask our support team to check the email address and correct it if necessary.

3. Clear Your Browsing Data:

Sometimes, old browsing history can cause issues. Consider clearing your cookies and cache, or try logging in using a different browser.

Need to change your shipping address? You can make this adjustment only be done before the order is shipped.

1. For an order you’ve already paid for:

Just send us an email at support@buycannabisseeds.net with your order ID. Here’s what happens next:

  • If your order has already shipped: We’ll review your request and find the best possible solution.
  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet: We can quickly update your information for you.

2. To update your address for future orders:

1.Head over to the Buycannabisseeds website and log in with your account info.

2.Go to the “Addresses” section and click “Edit.”

3. Enter your new shipping address and click “Save address.”

You’ll get a confirmation message once everything is updated successfully.
