Germination Control Procedure:

  1. On day one of germination, simply search “today’s date” on Google and take a screenshot.
  2. Capture the excitement! Use your phone to record a quick video showing your seeds and their container.
  3. Keep the momentum going! Repeat this on days 3, 5, and 7.
  4. If your seeds have not germinated by day 7, please send us an email at support@buycannabisseeds.net , with the following information:

-Your order number

-Contact details: name and email address

-Supporting images and videos of the germination process

-The exact quantity of non-germinated seeds and the specific strains they belong to.

– Our guarantee is only available for orders placed at buycannabisseeds.net. If you got the seeds at a different store or website please contact them for a resolution.

– Guarantee starts the day after shipment and will be valid for the next 90 days.

– We accept one claim per order. If you decide to germinate your seeds at different times, the guarantee will only cover the seeds included in your first claim, not those germinated later.

– Replacement seeds are available only if you’ve purchased packs of 3, 6, 9, 25, 50 or 100 seeds and at least 3 seeds from your order haven’t germinated.

– If you purchased individual seed packs or if fewer than 3 seeds from your order failed to germinate, you’ll receive a coupon for free seeds to use on your next purchase.

– The guarantee covers only non-germinated seeds and ends once roots have developed. Seeing germination and root growth is the sign that your seeds are alive and thriving.

  12. How often are you watering?

– Your plants have only developed seeds? Let’s start by checking your order:

  • If you purchased regular seeds, they can produce both male and female plants, which is common for breeding purposes. 
  • If you have not purchased regular seeds, please contact us as indicated below.

– Are your plants showing both male and female flowers? That may indicate they have hermaphrodite traits. Main Causes Of Hermaphroditism In Cannabis:

  • Environmental Stress: Cannabis plants are sensitive to changes like temperature swings or varying light intensity. Such stress can encourage the plant to produce male flowers, enhancing its chances of reproduction.
  • Physical Damage: Injuries such as cuts and abrasions can trigger male flower formation as a survival response. This includes cuts, abrasions, or any type of trauma.
  • Nutrient Imbalance: Whether it’s a nutrient surplus or deficiency, an imbalance can shift the plant’s hormonal levels, leading to hermaphroditism.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. Any order related issue (like lost, damaged, wrong or missing items) MUST be reported within 15 days of receiving your order.

To Return Your Order, please send us an email at support@buycannabisseeds.net, with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the seeds in their original, unopened packaging and in the condition you received them.
  • A brief reason for the return.
  • Your email address.
  • Details about the payment method you’d like us to use for the refund.

Terms and Conditions:

Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging, just like when it arrived.

Please note that payment transaction fees aren’t covered by Global Green Genetics.

Shipping costs: Are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If we initially covered shipping costs and you end up returning your order, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to account for handling and shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Your refund will go through using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid via wire transfer or another method, just share the needed details for us to process your refund.
