2. Navigate to the “Orders” section.
3. Locate your order and click on “View.”
You’ll find details like items purchased, billing and delivery addresses, order status.

Sometimes, your package might show an update before it actually arrives. If that’s the case, hang tight for 24 hours.
Also take a look around your delivery location – carriers often leave packages in safe, hidden spots. It might be worthwhile to ask your neighbors or family members if they’ve picked up the package for you.

If your tracking number isn’t showing recent updates, here are a couple of possibilities:
- Your parcel is en route to you, but it may not have been scanned by the post office yet. Please give it a few days for your local postal service to update the information after receiving your tracking number.
- Your package may currently be in transit and you might not see updates right away. Don’t worry – this is normal until it reaches the next distribution center.

After you place your order, you’ll land on a confirmation page with all the important details. Plus, we’ll shoot you an email with payment instructions right away.

Exceptions are available if the product packaging matched your order and any concerns surfaced only after your plants had developed. You can reach out to us with your concerns within 6 months of delivery. To help us resolve this for you, please provide us with the following information:
- Your Order ID
- The variety and quantity of seeds received
- Clear photos showing the plant development
- Details about your growing conditions (like planting date, temperature, light cycle, humidity levels, and whether you’re growing indoors or outdoors, plus the type of fertilizers and soil you used)

We take great care in packaging your seeds to ensure they reach you safely. All orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard containers designed to prevent any damage during transit.
Please note that if your order consists of several strains It may all be shipped in an inner cardboard box. Each cardboard container can hold several strains, individually labeled and packed in plastic bags or ampoules.
We solve all missing seed issues by sending replacement units immediately. You can open the cardboard container to confirm the order is complete.
If you wish to request a refund, make sure not to open the cardboard box and follow our return procedure(falta enlace Faqs – What’s your refund policy?).

- Customer email
- List of the missing seeds from your order

Canceling an order can only be done if it hasn’t shipped yet. Here’s how to do it:
-Already Paid? If you’ve already completed your payment, shoot us an email at support@buycannabisseeds.net. with your Order ID. We’ll check the current status of your order for you.
- If It’s Shipped: You’ll need to return the order to our warehouse to receive the refund. Just keep in mind that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- If It’s Not Shipped: We’ll happily cancel your order and issue a refund right away!
-Not Paid Yet? If you want to cancel an order that’s not paid, follow these steps to avoid any payment reminders:
1. Head over to the Buycannabisseeds website and log in with your account info.
2. Navigate to the “Orders” section.
3. Locate your order and click on “Cancel.”
Once you see the confirmation message, your order is successfully canceled!
