I’ve paid my order, but it is still showing as pending payment

No worries! The status of your order can take anywhere from 24 hours to a few days to update, depending on your chosen payment method.

Here’s a quick rundown of the estimated confirmation times for each option:

So, hang tight! Wait until the expected confirmation time has passed. If things don’t change after that, just reach out to us at support@buycannabisseeds.net. When you do, please include these details:

  • Your Order ID
  • Payment Date
  • Payment receipt

When you include your reference number with your payment, we can quickly identify it and get it added to your account without any delays. If you forget to add that number, no worries – just know it might take us a bit longer to match your payment manually.

Let’s clarify that double payment! Did you notice two different charges for the same order? Here’s how to check:

  • Are there multiple completed orders with the same payment amount?
  • Do you have two separate order IDs and payment IDs?
  • Or did you have one order ID but two payment IDs?

Our team usually catches and cancels the double payments.
