At Global Green Genetics, we guarantee that your orders will be delivered. If you do not receive your order, we’ll happily resend it for you.
*Remote areas located outside the main continental US territory aren’t included in our delivery guarantee.
Haven’t received your order yet? Simply check the shipment status of the parcel. If the status shows:
- In transit: Please check that the delivery deadline has passed.
- Delivered: Once the carrier updates your order status to “Delivered,” our delivery guarantee concludes. Please keep in mind that Global Green Genetics isn’t responsible for any loss or theft of packages after delivery. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend being available to receive your package or using a secure mailbox.
- Returned: If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect / incomplete address, or if no one is available during the delivery attempt, a $15 fee will apply to cover shipping costs.

After the payment confirmation, orders are shipped by USPS within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
While we always strive for timely deliveries, factors like extreme weather, holidays or unforeseen events can occasionally affect shipping. Rest assured, we stay in close contact with our carriers to keep things moving smoothly.
Deliveries are expected within 3 to 10 business days. Keep in mind, some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
If your order isn’t delivered within the estimated time frame, don’t worry! We’ll reach out to the carrier and work on a solution for you. It might take a few extra days, but we’re here to make sure you get what you need.
